PROJECT INFORMATION
Name: Rio Rancho Storage Facility Addition & Remodel
Location:  Rio Rancho, New Mexico
Scope: New 6,000 sf detached covered parking addition, new 10,780 sf attached additions and interior demolition and alterations to an existing high bay shop warehouse.
Construction Schedule:  6 months, one phase beginning in October 2010.

BID INFORMATION

Bid Date: Friday,September 17, 2010 by 2 pm.
Location: All bids should be submitted to the attention of the Estimating Department, Hyder Construction, 543 Santa Fe Drive; Denver, Colorado 80204. Bids may also be faxed to (303) 825-3223 or emailed to bids@hyderinc.com. Please be sure to include the job name in the subject line of the email. A confirmation will be returned by email at your request.

JOB WALK – Contact Hyder Construction Senior Estimator for information regarding site visits prior to submitting a bid.

MINIMUM SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: All subcontractors are required to carry Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance of $1 million, plus Commercial General Liability and Commercial Auto Insurance of $1 million per occurrence, $2 million aggregate. Contractor and Owner shall be named as additional insured with endorsement on Certificate in the form of CG2010 (11/85) or equivalent, with a waiver of subrogation. Lien waivers and proof of payment of Sales Taxes will be required before final payment is made.  Additional insurance coverage or payment documentation may be required, see the Specifications for further information.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: The owner requires that all subcontract bids be submitted as labor and material separate numbers, not just lump sum. The owner requires a separate price for the 6,000 sf detached covered parking addition.
